Brookings Flying Club General Meeting

Brookings Airport, Brookings, OR

November 8th, 2023

 

Call to order: Meeting to order at 6:33 PM. 

 

Reading of Minutes: The October 2023 minutes were read and stand as read.

 

1. 1. Fuel Farm Manager 
      1. Tanks need painted
   2. Airplane Maintenance.  
      1. New spinner bulkhead installed
   3. Treasurer Report
      1. Account balances reported
      2. Good overall cash position currently, after fuel purchases
      3. Airport day 3,800 net of expenses

• Youth Committee and Scholarship

1. 1. No new report

Old Business:

1. Handheld radio delivered

New Business:

1. Scholarship for Emma discussed how to pay the school.  Peter will find out the details.
2. Trash service @ airport discussed
3. Christmas Party Dec 17th @ Chetco Brewing
   1. Prizes and awards discussed
