Brookings Flying Club General Meeting

Call to order: Doug Hanson called the meeting to order at 6:38 PM. 

 

Reading of Minutes: The October 2022 minutes were read and stand.

 

1. 1. Fuel Farm Manager 
      1. Jet Fuel tank inspection completed
      2. Phillips 66 Quality control inspection complete
      3. Retaining another bid to repair fuel shed
      4. Jet fuel will need to be ordered soon.
   2. Airplane Maintenance.  
      1. Annual inspection completed
   3. Treasurer Report
      1. Account balances were reported.
      2. Cash position looking stable this month

• Youth Committee and Scholarship

1. 1. Contact made at Pacific High School
   2. Swag Bags are being made

Old Business:

1. Hangar Cleanout completed
2. Possible uses of the “B” side hangar discussed

New Business:

1. Christmas Party on December 11th
